Inzoi Expands Features Yet Again Ahead of March Early Access Launch
Keeping track of Inzoi’s growing list of planned features is becoming a challenge, both for fans and likely for Krafton’s development team. With just two months to go before its early access launch on March 28, game director Hyungjun “Kjun” Kim continues to add player-requested features at a rapid pace. Through his regular "Kjun’s Concerns" updates on Inzoi’s official Discord server, Kim has consistently expanded the game’s scope, responding to fan feedback with new gameplay elements and improvements.
The Discord community maintains a dedicated “wishlist” channel where players suggest additions, including new careers, expanded platform support, and enhanced in-game mechanics. Kim and his team have been actively monitoring these requests, leading to frequent updates on what will make it into Inzoi’s early access version—and what’s being planned for post-launch updates.
Just in the past month, Inzoi has committed to several new features for early access, including food-related effects like “food coma,” the ability to order food delivery, improved cooking animations, enhanced fight animations between Zois, a stats-based system for determining fight outcomes, and a more in-depth tutorial for new players. These additions are on top of previously announced mechanics, such as Smart Zoi AI technology, gas stations, pets, and an expanded culinary career path.
With its steady stream of new commitments, Inzoi is positioning itself as a strong alternative to The Sims 4. One key difference is Krafton’s transparent and highly interactive development process. Compared to EA’s more secretive approach, which often leads to fan speculation and reliance on leaks, Inzoi’s team has embraced open communication. While this approach has generated excitement and goodwill, it also raises concerns about whether all promised features will be ready in time for launch.
For now, the Inzoi team is taking a break due to a South Korean national holiday, but once they return, it’s likely Kim will be back with even more updates. With March fast approaching, fans will soon see just how much of Inzoi’s ambitious feature list makes it into the early access release.
