NVIDIA GeForce Hotfix Driver 566.45 Released: Fixes Micro-Stuttering and Improves Game Stability
NVIDIA has released a new hotfix driver, the GeForce Hotfix Driver 566.45, addressing a couple of issues. The driver fixes intermittent micro-stuttering that some users experienced while playing Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. It also improves the stability of Ubisoft games using the Snowdrop engine, ensuring smoother performance for those titles.
However, this update doesn't bring any performance improvements or additional fixes for other applications. It’s recommended to update only if you're playing Indiana Jones or a Ubisoft game powered by the Snowdrop engine.
In addition to the driver, NVIDIA has also updated its app. The app will no longer use or enable Game Filters by default, which should prevent any performance degradation for those who previously experienced issues with this feature.
You can download the NVIDIA GeForce Hotfix Driver 566.45 directly from NVIDIA's website.
