This attack stance reveals a bizarre design detail: in addition to a prominent set of teeth, a second pair is visible inside its mouth. Given Fallout 4's post-apocalyptic setting, where nuclear radiation has altered many real-world creatures, this secondary set of teeth may help Molerats survive the harsh environment.
