Ed Boon hinted that there will be an announcement regarding Mortal Kombat this week
AnnouncementEd Boon, the creative director of NetherRealm Studios and the creator of Mortal Kombat and Injustice, hinted at an upcoming announcement that will take place this week. According to him, we can expect an exciting week ahead.
It is highly likely that this is related to the upcoming Mortal Kombat 1 - indicated by a recent teaser hinting at an imminent game announcement, as well as the presence of a small dragon at the end of Boon's message.
Let's recall that the new Mortal Kombat installment was officially announced in February of this year. According to the head of Warner Bros. Discovery, the game is expected to be released by the end of this year, possibly in September.
