PC Gaming Show 2022: mod for Half-Life Alyx, Scorn, The Alters

On the night of June 12-13, PC Gaming Show 2022 took place. Many different games and news were shown as part of the show. We'll take a look at some of the catchy titles that were showcased in the presentation from PC Gamer.

Modders FMPONE and Corey Laddo have announced a mod for the VR game Half-Life Alyx called Levitation. This is an additional story campaign for 4-5 hours. The release of the modification is scheduled for the current year.

An Xbox exclusive, Scorn has a brand new gameplay trailer. It was recently shown at the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase 2022, and now the creators have revealed new details. The game world is made in the style of biomechanics. At the time of the events, the local civilization is in decline. The developers were clearly inspired by the creations of Hans Rudolf Giger. There will be no dialogues in the game, and players will learn the story and plot through the environment and gameplay. Scorn will have shooting mechanics, but the creators are positioning the genre as horror. The release is scheduled for October 21, 2022.

11 bit studios presented a psychological horror film called The Alters. The plot is that the main character, due to a catastrophe, ended up on an unknown planet, and in order to survive, he created alternative versions of himself that should help him.
