Steam giving away the game ARK: Survival Evolved

ARK: Survival Evolved is a multiplayer survival simulation video game developed by Studio Wildcard, Instinct Games, Effecto Studios, and Virtual Basement. A full release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows, OS X, and Linux took place on August 29, 2017, and a Nintendo Switch release took place on November 30, 2018. Also on June 14, 2018, the game was released on iOS and Android. The game received early access for Windows on June 2, 2015, for OS X and Linux on July 1, 2015, for Xbox One on December 16, 2015. Players must survive on an island filled with various creatures (mostly dinosaurs) and other potentially hostile players.

The game has a third and first person view. Players can move on foot or on animals. Players use firearms and create bases to protect themselves from other players or hostile creatures, players can also trade different resources or obtained things, you can tame dinosaurs, explore the terrestrial or underwater world, build large houses or hunt other players

Development began in October 2014. The development team studied the physical appearances of the dinosaurs specifically for the game, but they eventually made their own changes to their appearance and behavior. One of the game modes, Survival of the Fittest, was released as a standalone game in March 2016. Like the original game, it is also distributed through Steam.

On metacritic, the game has a score of 6.5 from users, and on the Steam digital store, 82% of positive reviews. Users note interesting gameplay, good AI of animals, but complain about poor optimization.
