Rumor: Rockstar Games Allocated New Resources To Fix GTA: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition

The well-known insider Tez2 announced on his Twitter account that Rockstar Games are going to try to fix the situation with the failed remake of GTA Trilogy: The Definitive Edition. According to him, the fathers of the Grand Theft Auto series allocated additional forces to fix the failed remake. We are talking about both finances and hiring additional employees who will develop patches with fixes for the game.

Due to this, the release of updates for GTA Online and Red Dead Online may be shifted and will be released later than originally expected. Rockstar Games recently apologized for the quality of the long-awaited remaster. The company was also caught in hypocrisy, since after the release of Cyberpunk 2077, the developers of Grand Theft Auto said that before the release of titles, it is necessary to repeatedly verify the quality of the product.

Recall that GTA: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition was able to break anti-records and became the lowest rated project on the main review aggregator Metacritic, beating such “masterpieces” of the gaming industry as Warcraft III Reforged, XIII Remake and others. Now Rockstar Games has promised to give fans the remaster they really deserve. They also prepared excusable gifts in the form of copies of the original trilogy.

GTA: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition was released on November 11, 2021 on all current platforms: PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and even Nintendo Switch. The main problems were named not so much the graphic component as the technical state of the game. A title with not the best graphics requires a large amount of resources from a computer that most users simply do not have. In addition, you can find a lot of videos on YouTube that show graphics that are so far behind what fans expected, and in some places, due to the presence or absence of some post-effects, the picture looks worse than in the original.
