What awaits us this week?
CS:GO
BLAST Pro Series Global Final 2019
This week's most important CS: GO tournament will be the BLAST Pro Series Global Final 2019. This LAN final is the end of the entire BLAST Pro Series of tournaments. Next year, she will be replaced by a new series of championships, BLAST Premier.
BPS Global Final 2019 will be held from December 12 to 14, and as part of this event, four teams will play a total prize pool of $ 500,000. The main cash prize will be $ 350,000, and FaZe Clan, NiP, Astralis and Team Liquid will compete for it. The venue, by the way, will be ISA Sports City in the island state of Bahrain, so this championship will be at least not like all the other CS: GO tournaments that we are familiar with. However, only the participants of the BLAST Pro Series Global Final 2019 will be able to fully appreciate the advantages of this tournament.
cs_summit 5
This week the cs_summit 5 list will add to the list of unusual championships. This tournament will have a different home atmosphere, and it will be held in the Summit House in Los Angeles from December 12 to 15. FURIA, G2, MIBR, mousesports, OG and Virtus.pro will share a prize pool of $ 150,000. Due to the fact that cs_summit 5 and BLAST Pro Series Global Final 2019 are geographically far enough, because of the difference in time zones they should not overlap, which means fans of CS: GO can combine viewing these tournaments.
DreamHack Open Sevilla 2019
The last seasonal DreamHack Open for $ 100,000 this time will be held in Seville, Spain. The venue will be the FIBES Convention Center, and eight participants will compete for the top prize of $ 50,000: CR4ZY, Gambit Youngsters, GODSENT, Illuminar Gaming, North, Tricked Esport, BIG and Movistar Riders. The last two went through qualifiers, and the remaining six teams received direct invitations.
ESEA Season 32 Global Challenge
Dallas will host the $ 75,000 LAN Finals of ESEA Season 32 on January 14-15. The tournament venue will be the Mavs Gaming Training Facility, with a top cash prize of $ 25,000. Eight teams will come together to fight for a quarter of a hundred thousand dollars: forZe, HAVU Gaming, Team Spirit, ORDER, Riot Squad Esports, INTZ, Triumph and Rugratz. They all performed best in the European and North American division ESEA Season 32.
Dota 2
WESG 2019 South Asia
There will be a lull in Dota 2 until January, but the only more or less significant event for the MOBA discipline will be WESG South Asia 2019. There four teams will compete for one quota for the WESG 2019 World FInals with a prize pool of $ 1,000,000. Little-known bands such as Entity Gaming, Global Esports, Meraki Esports and Whoops! Will join the fight for an invite.
