Generation Esports partnered with KC Pioneers
Generation Esports, founder of High School Esports League (HSEL) and Middle School Esports League (MSEL), now partnered with Missouri-based esports organization Kansas City Pioneer. The partnership aims to make esports accessible to local underprivileged communities and title schools across Missouri.
The deal reportedly includes KC Pioneer's partnerships with City Hall, as well as Boys and Girls Clubs in Greater Kansas City. According to a press release, the collaboration underscores the team's commitment to educating and bringing underserved communities together through esports.
The partnership will kick off with a live stream on Twitch featuring several famous guests. They include Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas, President and CEO of Boys and Girls Clubs at Greater Kansas City Dred Scott, Shanghai Sharks basketball player Marcus Denmon, Director of Programs and Partnerships at General Esports Nehemiah Odior and local members of Boys and Girls Clubs. The broadcast is scheduled for August 14 on the KC Pioneer Twitch channel.
