Virtus.pro has introduced a new sports director
The Russian esports organization Virtus.pro has unveiled a new sports director, Lazar '. Former Dota 2 commentator at RuHub studio and basketball player CSKA, Zenit, Dynamo will take care of the organization's internal affairs.

Therefore, Ivan is the very person who will share with the players his many years of experience from classical sports and, working with the players and the coaching staff, will help us get closer to the cherished championship. "
Lazar 'is a former professional CSKA basketball player, Euroleague and VTB United League champion. Lazar 'will combine his work as a sports director for Virtus.pro with commenting on Dota 2 matches at the RuHub studio. The duties of the new sports director include working with players and coaches to build an optimal training process, monitoring the psychological and physical state of teams, coordinating the work of a psychologist and physical fitness coaches, as well as interacting with squad managers to implement the training plan.
Note that Lazarev has been playing basketball professionally since 2009. In March 2021, he joined RuHub as a Dota 2 match commentator.
