Galaxy Racer Announces Global Partnership with Waverider

Dubai-based esports organization Galaxy Racer has announced a global partnership with entertainment company Waverider.

The parties have joined forces to launch a joint series of new products. According to the press release, the tentative agreement includes product development and storytelling for Galaxy Racer content creators.

Waverider is an IP content creation and management company focused on pop culture and entertainment. As a result of the partnership, Galaxy Racer will be able to create products and concepts for its roster of creators such as AboFlah, Dyler and Naji Elqaq. Note that Waverider's products range from merchandise and clothing to comics, manga and animation.

Waverider is led by Khan, who is co-founder of Middle East film and Comic Con, and President of Guenther Hake, an entertainment industry veteran with backgrounds at Walt Disney Company, Oriental Dreamworks, and MINDstyle. The firm's creative team is led by experienced British artist Des Taylor. The company is expected to launch a new wave of consumer experiences and events, and an e-commerce platform.
