Evil Geniuses partners with Coinbase

North American esports organization Evil Geniuses has announced a partnership with cryptocurrency company Coinbase. As a result of this agreement, the Coinbase brand will appear on the right sleeve of Evil Geniuses T-shirts. At the same time, the financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

According to a press release, the two organizations will work together to demystify and educate fans cryptocurrency eSports advantages of decentralized finance.

Thus, a special video sequence will be created, aimed at showing the essence of investment in the game economy during CS: GO and Dota 2 matches. The organization also announced that Coinbase will be integrated into an initiative called "Give Evil".

It should be added that the first rumors about a possible deal between Evil Geniuses and Coinbase appeared in early March. Then the esports organization published a photo that showed the logo of the cryptocurrency company. Now it is officially announced that Coinbase is joining the likes of Absolut Vodka, Bud Light, Razer and Secret Lab as partners in the North American organization.

Note that a few days ago, Coinbase announced a partnership agreement with the tournament organizer with BLAST Premier.
