Misfits Gaming Group and Intel Partner on Misfits Academy Program

In an effort to help those interested in learning more about the gaming and esports space, the Misfits Gaming Group (MGG) partnered with Intel to create a new massive esports program called the Misfits Academy. The Academy will develop its own ecosystem in order to find new young talents.

The academy will focus on key industry areas such as esports, content creation, graphic design, and video editing. Each month, a competition will be held in one of the areas, the winners of which will be selected for a short-term contract to work at MGG in their specialized area.

The academy held its first round of Fortnite competition in January. The first place finishers have joined MGG and have been part of the organization for the past few months.

In February, a graphic design and video editing competition was also held, the winners of which were integrated into the MGG creative team.
