Additional funding will enable NODWIN to support talent, strengthen gaming infrastructure and technology, and host many tournaments nationally and internationally.

Note that KRAFTON is known for the creator of games such as PUBG, TERA, Golf King and Castle Burn.

NODWIN is primarily known for her work and influence in mobile esports. The company has partnered with ESL, Valve, Tencent, Riot Games and Blizzard to provide Indian gamers with an esports experience. The investment in NODWIN Gaming follows the firm's opening of its first international office in Johannesburg, Africa last year.

NODWIN Gaming has confirmed that the South Korean holding company will receive one board seat, furthermore, all early investors in the Indian firm will remain in place. Note that the owners of NODWIN Gaming are Private Limited and Nazara Technologies Limited, with the latter retaining its 50% stake.
