GameSquare Sports Sports Reciprocity

GameSquare Esports, a Canadian-listed company listed on the e-sports agency Code Red Esports, has announced that it has signed an agreement to fully acquire Canadian esports organization Reciprocity.

Under the agreement, GameSquare will issue $ 11.41 million in shares to designated securities holders, who will also be eligible for additional GameSquare shares if the company reaches certain targets within 12 months of the close of the deal.

GameSquare expects the deal to be finalized in early March and announced it will share more details on the deal later this month.
