MOONTON announces partners and sponsors of the M2 World Championship
MOONTON, the developer behind Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, has revealed the names of partners and sponsors who will be supporting the upcoming M2 World Championship. The tournament is to be held in Singapore from January 18 to 24. Championships hold in conjunction with the Singapore Association of eSports and online gaming (SCOGA), the Council for the Singapore Tourism (STB) and the Office for the development of tools Infocomm Media (IMDA).
Samsung has been named among the sponsors of the championship, with which Nimo TV will be responsible for streaming. Philippine wireless and digital services company SMART will act as a partner for the Tagalog stream, while Telenor has been named a partner for the Burmese stream.
Cathay Cineplexes, Mediacorp, Secretlab, Singtel, SUTL and Tumi have been named partners for the English stream, while meWATCH will handle the online streaming in Singapore. In addition, Cathay Cineplexes will show the championship locally in Singapore.
12 teams from all over the world will take part in the M2 World Championship, which will compete for a prize pool of $ 300 thousand. While the tournament will take place in LAN format, spectators will not be allowed into the stadium in accordance with local government safety regulations related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dreammax, Impunity KH, Burmese Ghouls, 10S Gaming Frost, Todak, Unique Devu, EVOS SG, RSG, Omega Esports, Bren Esports, Alter Ego and RRQ will take part in the tournament.
