Richard Lewis expressed his opinion that s1mple will leave CS and start playing Valorant

Renowned esports journalist Richard Lewis believes that s1mple may transition to the world of Valorant. He expressed this opinion during The Mauisnake Show podcast.

"I'm confident that s1mple is ready to leave the realm of Counter-Strike and join the Valorant community. Many of my contacts indicate that s1mple is experiencing burnout, he needs a break, and he has developed an aversion to CS2. His social media activity is almost non-existent. He's not the kind of player who strives for click counts, subscribers, or audience attention. He genuinely dislikes this game, and it seems to be an honest sentiment.

We know he's streaming Valorant. We know he's interested in new challenges. We also know that unheard-of payouts might be offered to facilitate his transition to Valorant. Furthermore, there's the possibility that he might continue to compete in Valorant as part of the NAVI team.

In my view, we are on the brink of witnessing one of the greatest players of all time making a bold and unconventional move to the world of Valorant. This step appears daring and extraordinary, especially considering the current state of Counter-Strike 2 and s1mple's perspective on his legacy."
