FaZe Clan partners with OVO brand
North American esports organization FaZe Clan has announced a partnership with OVO (October's Very Own), a Canadian fashion brand founded by popular rapper Drake. The two companies will be collaborating on a collection of game controllers, mouse pads and clothing, including jackets and sweatshirts.
Jay Richardson, FaZe Clan Creative Director: "This collection stays true to our roots and has a special connection to the emergence of FaZe and OVO, marking the evolution of our brands over the past decade and a half. Both teams worked closely on the design to showcase the connection between FaZe and OVO We focused on the parallel between the nocturnal lifestyle and our gamers and streamers who are constantly working at all hours of the night, in the same way that artists such as those signed to OVO work in the studio until the early hours of the morning. "to reflect the redefinition of the modern athlete, an ode to the stubborn determination to excel in games and music, and not just traditional sports."
OVO is one of the most famous streetwear and lifestyle brands in Canada. Founded in 2008, OVO is best known, perhaps mostly due to one of its founders, Canadian rapper and producer Aubrey Graham, aka Drake.
FaZe Clan is one of the world's largest gaming and lifestyle organizations, bringing together the industry's top content creators and esports teams. The club currently collaborates with companies and influencers such as Warner Music Group, Xfinity, Ubisoft, The Rabbids, Tony Hawk, Gucci Vault, The Walking Dead, Snoop Dogg, Adidas, among others.
The collection, which is the first of several initiatives launched in 2023 under the new FaZe Clan x OVO partnership, will be available on the OVO website and in all 11 of their retail stores worldwide.
