FITGMR will host several workshops covering topics such as nutrition and mental health, as well as yoga classes and workouts on the beach. The mental preparation workshop will show esports athletes how to calm their minds through various mindfulness practices and how they can help focus, make decisions, clear the mind and focus. Shortly before the closing ceremony, IESF and FitGMR will also host a FitGMR All-in-One Workshop.

Krsitin Anderson, FITGMR CEO : "This is an incredible way to close out 2022. Our research and work with professional esports organizations over the past few years has formed the basis of the FitGMR app we launched at the beginning of the year. Since then, we have implemented the concept of what it means being a healthy player, to colleges and K-12 programs across the country. Being a part of esports wellbeing and sharing the connection between mental and physical health in the global esports arena is so exciting and rewarding. We are grateful to the IESF for their commitment to the wellbeing of players around the world.".

The 2022 World Esports Championships will take place December 1-12 in Bali with a total prize pool of $100,000. Over 100 participating countries will compete against each other in various popular esports titles including CS:GO, PUBG, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Dota 2, among others.
