Team Vitality launches fan app with Tezos
French esports organization Team Vitality has announced the launch of its own app "V.Hive" for fans in conjunction with its partner Tezos. The mobile app is already available for download for iOS and Android devices.
The application, which will help fans of the club "earn money", will reportedly provide Team Vitality fans with unique rewards and will serve to inform users about Web3 features. Since announcing their partnership in January 2022, Team Vitality and Tezos have placed fan education at the center of their overall strategy. At the same time, Tezos became the main technical partner of the French organization.
Nicholas Maurer, Team Vitality CEO: "We're so proud to finally launch our very own V.Hive app! Our fans are digitally oriented and incredibly picky when it comes to new technologies and platforms, so when we develop V.Hive with Tezos, every feature we create or the rewards we present must bring real and exclusive value to them.We believe that Web3 and blockchain will play an important role in the future of the esports and gaming industry and we cannot look forward to working even closer with our amazing community."
In addition to rewarding support for the organization, team Vitality and Tezos claim that the V.Hive app has an educational purpose as well, teaching users about Web3 and blockchain technologies.
Jan Albers, Head of Gaming Partnerships at Tezos Foundation: "After working with Team Vitality on the V.Hive project, we're proud to have the first fan engagement mobile app on Tezos! I'm excited to be a part of this collaboration that will strengthen the bonds between Team Vitality and her fans. Finally, I can't wait to see Team Vitality lead by example in getting their fans into Web3."
The French club is currently working with partners such as adidas, Samsung, Philips, Secretlab, Kingston FURY and Garnier. At the same time, the organization recently concluded a deal with the betting company GG.BET, extended its partnership with Philips Monitors, and also opened its own hub on the FACEIT platform.
