International Olympic Committee to Host Esports Week in June 2023
The International Olympic Committee has revealed the details of the upcoming Olympic Esports Week, which will be held in Singapore next June. The event will feature the finals of the Olympic Esports Series, the continuation of the Olympic Virtual Series, which hosted competitions in virtual cycling, motorsport, rowing, sailing and other virtual sports.
The day before, the Global Esports Federation entered into a strategic partnership with the European Olympic Committees.

The Olympic Esports Week will reportedly be held in partnership with the Ministry of Culture, Society and Youth, the National Olympic Committee of Singapore and Sport Singapore. Fans who attend the event will see first-hand demonstrations of hybrid physical and simulation sports, exhibitions of new technologies, panel discussions, exhibition matches and educational sessions.

In addition, the International Olympic Committee promised to share other details of the upcoming eSports week at the beginning of 2023. The full list of events and their participants remain unknown.
