Rusty's last job was at sports and entertainment agency FUSE, where he managed accounts for Santander and FedEx. In his previous job, he has worked with Subway, Samsung, Formula 1, Allianz and Arsenal Football Club. In addition, he has provided consulting services to esports companies including FACEIT and SK Gaming.

Mark Karted, Chief Commercial Officer of EXCEL ESPORTS: "Rusty's experience will be key in how the organization develops, formulates and activates its partnership offerings. Rusty will be tasked with developing relationships with established esports organization partners such as Just Eat and JD Sports."

Notably, EXCEL ESPORTS recently made significant changes to its leadership structure, appointing former head of esports Tim Reichert as chief operating officer and promoting Oscar Sisi to director of marketing and brand. The company also opened its new headquarters in central London.
