FaZe Clan and Ducky will release a limited edition keyboard
North American esports organization FaZe Clan has announced a partnership with mechanical keyboard brand Ducky. As a result of the transaction, the parties will cooperate in the development of a mechanical keyboard under the FaZe Clan brand, which will be released this month.
Strong Huang, CEO of Ducky: "I'm honored to work closely with FaZe Clan on the development of this exciting new keyboard and be part of the positive footprint FaZe continues to create in the gaming community. Our partnership with FaZe Clan is to provide fans with durable and reliable mechanical gaming products.
This is the first time FaZe Clan has released a keyboard under its own brand. Both companies are going to release a custom version of the Ducky One 3 Mini keyboard - it will be available for a limited time in FaZe Armory.
Derek Chestnut, FaZe Clan Vice President of Consumer Products: "We are thrilled to partner with Ducky to release our first official FaZe Clan branded keyboard. Many of our founders and talents are longtime Ducky fans, making this such an authentic way to continue to develop our consumer goods business through high-tech gaming products and Ducky electronics."
Note that FaZe Clan is not the first North American esports club to enter the keyboard market. 100 Thieves, another well-known US gaming and esports company, acquired keyboard maker Higround last year. As a result, the manufacturer released a limited edition keyboard 100 Thieves.
