Team Liquid Launches Campaign Called "Together We Rise"
European esports organization Team Liquid is launching a fan-focused campaign called "Together We Rise" as it heads to the 2021 World Championship as one of the few teams to represent North America. The campaign will include co-viewing, original clothing releases, user generated content, fan contests and various social media events.
In addition, Team Liquid is planning a variety of original content, including a special Worlds episode from their show squad, a team arrival in Europe event streamed from the Alienware training center in the Netherlands, Q&A for fans, Discord parties during the competition., giveaways for fans and other user-generated content.
The campaign is part of Team Liquid's ongoing fan engagement efforts, which intensified in August 2020 with the launch of Liquid +, a browser-based platform where users earn points for supporting an esports organization on various social channels. All of its world-related content will be available on the platform, along with fan giveaways and other contests.
It's unclear if Team Liquid will use this campaign to activate their current sponsors, which include Verizon, Alienware, Monster Energy, SAP, Honda, IMC Trading, Twitch, Jersey Mike's, Kingston Technologies, HyperX, Huya, Secretlab, and Twitch.
