Team Nigma teams up with Galaxy Racer
Abu Dhabi-based esports organization Team Nigma has teamed up with local esports organization Galaxy Racer. As a result of the merger, Team Nigma will be named the Nigma Galaxy and will lead the Galaxy Racer esports business.
According to the press release, Nigma Galaxy will operate as a stand-alone organization with a separate budget, brand and corporate identity. The esports division will be led by Team Nigma co-founders Mohammed Morad, Christoph Timm and Kuro Salehi Tahasomi.
Along with a range of professional teams in its region, Galaxy Racer is also represented in Europe and Southeast Asia. It is reported that Nigma Galaxy will use Galaxy Racer's existing resources for further expansion in Europe, South America, North America, Southeast Asia and China.

As a result of the merger, Galaxy Racer will also maintain its corporate identity, and the organization now wants to focus on content creation and opening additional branches. Nigma Galaxy also said it will strive to create support structures that provide talent with the resources they need to pursue a career in esports and gaming. As a result, the organization revealed plans for the creation and development of the Nigma Galaxy Academy.
