Tournament operator ESL has published an updated list of rules that third-party streamers of Dota Pro Circuit 2021 Season 2 will have to adhere to. Now people who have nothing to do with the lighting studio, but still want to broadcast the tournament, will have to add 5 minutes to their streams. time. Previously, 15 minutes of delay in DotaTV was enough for them, but now this figure should be increased to 20 minutes.

According to the first season of Dota Pro Circuit 2021, such streamers will only be required to broadcast copyrighted content or content owned by Valve. The regulations state that broadcasts must not be commercial, and their titles must contain a short description of the current match. Among other things, at each broadcast, the presenters will have to leave the opportunity for their viewers to find the official ESL streams and leave a link to them.
