Peter 'ppd' Daguerre, who was in the team as a support, left the team. On his Twitter account, he said that he might miss DPC 2021 Season 2, but did not rule out his appearance on the broadcasts of Dota Pro Circuit matches.
Sadboys competed in the top division of DPC 2021 Season 1 for North America. The team finished on the fifth line in the tournament table. In replays, the Sadboys fought A-Team and Black N Yellow for the right to remain in the top division. The team defeated the above-mentioned teams and retained its place in the league.
