Valve has resolved the issues with the player behavior rating system in Dota 2
Valve has acknowledged the presence of shortcomings in the player behavior rating system in Dota 2, however, all these issues have already been addressed. Developers have restored the ratings of players whose ratings were revoked due to technical glitches.
"We have fixed the issue where some reports negatively impacted players' behavior scores even when there was insufficient evidence. We have addressed the core problem and retroactively reinstated your conduct rating."
