JaCkky leaves BOOM Esports
Indonesian esports organization BOOM Esports has announced changes to their Dota 2 roster, saying goodbye to their carry JaCkky. The 23-year-old player from Laos becomes a free agent ahead of the imminent start of the new season. The eSports club announced the changes on its social networks.
Today, with a heavy heart, we say goodbye to the first position of our Dota 2 team, JaCkky. There are no words to express how happy we were to work with JaCkky to make our dream come true at The International. Thank you for the memories. Good luck further, JaCkky.
JaCkky joined the BOOM Esports roster at the beginning of last season, having moved from the Motivate.Trust Gaming camp. In nine months, a 23-year-old player from Laos helped the team become the winner of DPC SEA 2021/2022 Tour 1: Regional Final, GAMERS GALAXY: Invitational Series Dubai 2022, DPC SEA 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I and BTS Pro Series Season 12: Southeast Asia, as well as take second place in the DPC SEA 2021/2022 Tour 2: Division I.
In addition, together with the JaCkky team, he reached the playoffs of ESL One Stockholm 2022, PGL Arlington Major 2022 and The International 2022, thus brightening up the season for BOOM Esports.
The organization did not share plans for the next lineup changes. Now the Indonesian club will have to find a player for the first position.
