BetBoom Team Disbands Dota 2 Roster
The eSports organization BetBoom Team, owned by the bookmaker of the same name, has decided to part ways with its Dota 2 roster. In its announcement, the club left a hint that suggests the imminent signing of a new team.
Today we say goodbye and say thanks to the BetBoom Team. SoNNeikO, Daxak, Larl, Noticed and RodjER leave our team but remain in the hearts of all our fans. We wish the guys to achieve even greater success and believe that they will still fight for titles on the tier-1 scene. And maybe - against another BetBoom Team. Thank you for being with us!
BetBoom Team signed the former Winstrike roster in April this year. In seven months, the team managed to win Dota 2 Champions League Season 9, DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 2: Division I Playoffs, Dota 2 Champions League Season 13 and Dota 2 Champions League Season 14, as well as take part in the group stage of The International 2022.
Revealing the details, the BetBoom Team manager explained the reasons for parting with the roster. In particular, Lukawa spoke about the presence of some conflicts that prevented the line-up from working together.
And, unfortunately, bad news has to be delivered. That, probably, in such a composition and in such a format, the team will not be able to continue its existence due to a number of conflicts, due to a number of dissimilar views, and simply because of a number of other reasons. Here.
According to media reports, the slot in the first division of the DPC for Eastern Europe will remain with SoNNeikO. However, Larl may join Team Spirit, where he will replace TORONTOTOKYO.
