Valve has enhanced the matchmaking system in CS2, fixed sound issues, and addressed some visual effects
On the night of November 9th, developers released a long-awaited update aimed at addressing issues in the game. According to official information, the following changes have been made:
- Improved visual and sound communication with the sabtek for smoother interaction.
- Fixed an issue where movement immediately after a jump could result in unstable jump height.
- Implemented new algorithms for restoring CS rating after a period of inactivity in Premier mode.
- Reduced the maximum distance for hearing grenade rebound sounds.
- Resolved a problem where headshot sounds on opponents were sometimes perceived as incoming damage.
- Restored the sound signal when the player turns during defusal.
- Increased the visibility of the bomb's light from its rear side.
More detailed information about all the changes can be found on the official website.
