Rumors: fnx may leave Imperial Esports
fnx may leave the post of head coach of the Imperial Esports CS:GO roster. The 32-year-old Brazilian hinted at a possible departure from the team on his Twitter, talking about an unnamed organization that he is going to join.
The news is on its way. A new organization for fnx is ready next year. I don't know what it is, but I don't have the option to refuse.
A little later, the esportsman added that he would not continue to work as a coach both here, hinting about Imperial Esports, and in China.
fnx is one of the most titled players in Brazil. During his career, the 23-year-old esportsman became the winner of MLG Major Championship: Columbus 2016 and ESL One: Cologne 2016, earning just over $420,000 in prize money.
However, at the beginning of 2022, together with FalleN, he formed the Last Dance project, which was bought out by the Imperial Esports organization in February. Together with the team, the experienced Brazilian became the champion of the OMEN WGR European Challenge 2022, and also made it to the TOP-3 following the results of FiReLEAGUE Latin Power Spring 2022 and PGL Major Antwerp 2022: American RMR, simultaneously performing at PGL Major Antwerp 2022.
Nevertheless, in the summer the organization decided to remove fnx from the starting clip in order to give him the duties of a head coach after the departure of peacemaker. In a new role for himself, the Brazilian led the team to the finals of ESL Challenger at DreamHack Melbourne 2022, and also brought them to the semi-finals of FiReLEAGUE 2022: Global Finals. However, the result at Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major 2022 turned out to be far from what was planned, which prompted talk about new reshuffles in Imperial Esports.
According to the latest rumors, fer is preparing to leave the team and end his professional career, while MIBR's JOTA is being considered for his place. In turn, it is not clear who will become the new head coach of Imperial Esports. On the other hand, not so long ago, tacitus, who clearly has something to prove, got rid of his role in FURIA.
The nearest championship for the Brazilian team is ESL Pro League Season 17: South American Conference, which will be held in the middle of next month. Here Imperial Esports will compete for one of two available tickets to ESL Pro League Season 17.
Possible Imperial Esports CS:GO roster:
