Begrip Gaming rebrands and returns to CS:GO
Swedish esports organization Begrip Gaming is rebranding and returning to CS:GO. The club suddenly remembered their identity, resurrecting social networks and releasing an announcement with their return. It is expected that in the near future the organization will conduct a series of tests and present its new composition.
Begrip Gaming is one of the oldest esports organizations in Sweden. Having appeared at the very beginning of 2020, the club concentrated its efforts on the CS 1.6 discipline. Here, in particular, many famous players and personalities of the Swedish scene performed under the tag, including pronax, Xizt, pita, Get_RiGhT, THREAT, RobbaN, f0rest and cArn.
Immediately after the appearance of CS:GO, the organization decided to move into a discipline that was rapidly gaining popularity in Sweden. Here Begrip Gaming decided to move away from its history by signing the Russian roster of seized, WorldEdit and kibaken.
In the future, the club tried several times to assemble a strong roster, in particular, experimenting with Swedish, Hungarian and Croatian rosters. However, after another unsuccessful attempt in 2014, Begrip Gaming abandoned the discipline.
The club managed to return to CS:GO again only in 2020 by signing the Swedish roster. However, again, the results did not grow together, as a result of which the organization again thought about restructuring. The last attempt to gain a foothold on the stage took place at the beginning of 2021. However, after several months of failures, the club once again disbanded the team and left the stage.
The Begrip Gaming organization has not yet had time to share specific plans for the future. It is likely that the club will present a squad early next year.
