Former Team Spirit coach spoke about the departure of degster
Certus, who is the former coach of Team Spirit, spoke about the departure of degster. According to the 38-year-old Russian specialist, Abdul's departure from the team was a matter of time, since he is a complex person by nature.
An organization develops by cultivating a set of values, and each player or employee must share these values. Team Spirit will never build a roster for the interests of a particular individual, even the most stellar or very promising one. That is why the relocation took place, and if players put the personal above the general, they will part with such people and no team success will be decisive for Team Spirit.
To be honest, I knew that his departure was a matter of time. He is a very complex person, very kind, sympathetic, but very fickle, all the time he finds some new problems that interfere with his happiness. He tries to solve them, and then again finds something new, and so on all the time. He simply cannot live without having exaggerated difficulties. It is a pity that at this stage the career is not in the first place, and he always gives himself completely only to the main thing in his life. I'm sorry that he lacked professionalism, I'm sorry that he didn't want to find a compromise. And the first love is good because it is the first. Let's hope I'm wrong.
Recall that at the end of last week, Team Spirit esports club said goodbye to degster. The organization explained its decision by the difference in views on the construction of the training process and the future of the team itself. The e-sportsman himself clarified and commented on his parting with the club, citing the reluctance to move to Serbia on a permanent basis as the main reason for leaving.
OverDrive, which is rumored to be an analyst for Team Spirit, did not stand aside either. A well-known insider gave specific reasons for Abdul's departure from the team, noting that the relocation was not the sniper's main problem.
I want to draw your attention not to the fact that degster left because he did not want to move to Serbia. This, of course, is an important factor, but not the main one. Of course, degster wanted to spend more time with the girl and be in Moscow more, and the organization needs him to be with the team in Belgrade. As you understand, if only this was the reason, then Abdul would hardly have left the team. The reason is deeper.
Abdul wants to play in CS where he is a leader, a star player, makes kills and the whole team plays for him. All this should not be in the structure, but as he wants. He wants to feel his power and give an incredible performance. With hally, Team Spirit's game is built in such a way that there is a rigid structure in which there are no star players. Where you sometimes have to throw a stick, sometimes "take the back", and sometimes jump out first for an exchange. Everyone accepts it, and it has borne some fruit. And Abdul understands that there are results due to this, but it was still not his game.
degster has represented the colors of Team Spirit for the past year and a half. At the same time, the 20-year-old player recently reached the semi-finals of PGL Major Antwerp 2022 with the team.
degster himself will play for the OG team at the upcoming BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022 - he will replace mantuu in the roster.
The current Team Spirit CS:GO roster is as follows:
- chopper.
- magixx.
- Patsi.
- s1ren.
- hally (coach).
- degster (inactive).
