These rumors correlate perfectly with a recent interview in which Evgeny Zolotarev, CEO of NAVI, said that the organization "is not going to work with people who live in Russia and pay taxes to the Russian Federation." At the same time, the Ukrainian club is ready to help players with relocation if they "do not share the policy of the Russian Federation."
