Aleksib returns to G2 Esports starting roster
The European esports organization G2 Esports has announced the return of Aleksib to the starting lineup of the team at ESL Pro League Season 15. The Finnish captain is ready to help his team in the remaining two matches of the group stage, and, if everything goes well, in the playoffs of the championship.
The day before the start of ESL Pro League Season 15, it became known that Aleksib received a positive test result for coronavirus and was forced to miss the starting segment of the competition. At that time, the place of the Finnish captain on the server was occupied by AMANEK, who came with the rest of the team to Germany as a substitute player.
However, G2 Esports failed the opening segment of the championship, getting only one victory over LookingForOrg, as well as losing to MOUZ and fnatic. Based on the results of three starting rounds, the team has only three points.
Today, March 12, G2 Esports will continue their performance at ESL Pro League Season 15, playing against the Entropiq team. In the final round of the group stage, the team will face the leader of the standings represented by NIP. Note that in order to reach the playoffs of the competition, the team needs to win all the remaining meetings and hope for misfires by rivals.
G2 Esports roster for ESL Pro League Season 15 is as follows:
- JACKZ.
- hunter-.
- Niko.
- m0NESY.
- Aleksib.
- AMANEK (spare).
- kennyS (reserve).
- XTQZZZ (coach).
