PGL Announces Start of Registration for Open Qualifiers for RMR Tournaments

Tournament operator PGL announced the start of registration for open qualifiers for RMR tournaments. Any teams from all over the world who want a chance to play at PGL Major Antwerp 2022 can take part in the qualifiers.

At the same time, the organizers made several changes to the qualifications. In particular, five open qualifiers will be held in Europe at once, one of which will be held for teams from the Russian Far East. In addition, four places for the RMR tournament will be up for grabs in the second European open qualifier (instead of five).

One slot for the RMR tournament will be provided for teams from the Eastern part of Russia. This qualifier will give teams far from the European servers a chance to get to PGL Major Antwerp 2022. The qualifier servers will be located in Khabarovsk, Krasnoyarsk and Novosibirsk. At the same time, teams can take part both in the first four open qualifiers and in the fifth one. At the same time, teams are not allowed to switch between qualifications.

Schedule of open qualifiers (Europe):

• First open qualifier (5 tickets to the RMR tournament): February 22-23.
• Second open qualifier (4 tickets to the RMR tournament): March 1-2.
• Third open qualifier (5 tickets to the RMR tournament): March 3-4.
• Fourth open qualifier (4 tickets to the RMR tournament): March 5-6.
• Fifth open qualifier (1 ticket to the RMR tournament): March 5-6 - only for the Russian Far East.

Open Qualifiers Schedule (North America):

• First open qualifier (4 tickets to the RMR tournament): March 10-11.
• Second open qualifier (3 tickets to the RMR tournament): March 12-13.

Open Qualifiers Schedule (South America):

• First open qualifier (4 tickets to the RMR tournament): March 3-4.
• Second open qualifier (4 tickets to the RMR tournament): March 5-6.
