KennyS is suspected of tax evasion. According to the source, the professional gambler and his half-brother have registered a company in Ireland to avoid paying taxes to the French budget. A large-scale investigation appeared in the online edition vakarm.

According to journalists, it all started with an anonymous source who contacted the editorial office and sent a link to the ruling of the Aix-en-Provence court of appeal. It turned out that the representative of one of the parties in the tax evasion case is kennyS, in whose name Kenny Schrub & Co Limited was registered in Ireland. According to the French tax service, the esportsman and his half-brother set up a company in Ireland to pay a corporate tax of 12.5%, which is half the rate in France.

At the same time, kennyS and his half-brother appealed against this decision in order to cancel the operations and prohibit the tax authorities from using the information collected during the searches. Faced with this appeal, the judges explained that these transactions were possible due to the presumption of fraud.

As for the player, he declared income in France in 2016 and 2017 in the amount of 48,000 euros per year. This income is classified as wages and salaries from foreign sources and was paid by Kenny Schrub & Co Limited based in Ireland. They are declared as part of a consulting business and are taxed in Ireland.

At the same time, the lawsuit notes that kennyS has not paid taxes in France since 2016 and did not declare prize money in 2017-2018. During this time period, the player earned over $ 332,000 in prize money.
