fnatic signed MAGNUM and Derke
British organization fnatic has officially announced the signing of MAGNUM and Derke. The newcomers are called upon to replace tsack and Moe40, who left the team amid not very impressive results.
MAGNUM managed to be remembered for his performances for Avenue Esports, with which he won many championships, including Nicecactus Valorant Launcher and GLL Community Cup - EMEA # 3. However, last September he joined Enterprise Esports, with which he twice tried to qualify for First Strike Europe. However, the Czech player did not achieve any results with the team, eventually announcing his departure from the team in February 2021. After MAGNUM managed to play for HOMELESS, clearly standing out against the background of his teammates.
Derke's story deserves a little more attention, since the 18-year-old Russian with a Finnish passport started his career relatively recently, only in October last year. However, the player quickly made a name for himself, managing to become one of the sensations of the CIS scene with CrowCrowd. Together with the Derke team, he first reached the LVP semi-finals - Rising Series # 1, and then won VCT 2021: CIS Stage 1 Challengers 2, beating forZe (2: 1). After CrowCrowd took 3-4 place in VCT 2021: CIS Stage 1 Masters, which was an undoubted success for a small team.
Both players are expected to debut for fnatic as part of the qualifying process for VCT 2021: Europe Stage 2 Challengers 2, starting on April 10th.
From now on, fnatic's roster looks like this:
- Boaster.
- doma.
- Mistic.
- MAGNUM.
- Derke.
- mini (trainer).
