FURIA begins to form the VALORANT line-up
Brazilian esports organization FURIA has decided to enter the professional VALORANT scene, starting to sign the first players to their new roster. Note that FURIA is in no hurry with the announcement, presenting one player a day. To date, the team has already signed xand, qck and Txddy, as well as Carlao to coach.
Known as one of Brazil's most dominant Counter-Strike: Global Offensive teams, FURIA has a long history of major championship victories and is home to some of Brazil's most famous players.
xand joins FURIA after leaving b4 eSports last month. With B4, he finished 3-4 in First Strike: Brazil. However, his impressive results did not end there, as xand finished third at EVOluction Open - Brazil and first at Rivals Contenders. However, shortly after the end of First Strike: Brazil, the player decided to leave the team, since then he has not played in any official match.
qck joins Falkol eSports' FURIA, which has been missing stars from the sky. Falkol's most notable achievement with qck came in third place in the Esportsmaker Spike Series at the end of October. However, in early December, the player announced his departure from the team.
The third FURIA player is Txddy, who has been playing for Imperial Esports since November. Together with the team, the player played in First Strike: Brazil, however, lost already at the quarterfinals stage.
The last member of FURIA's part-time roster is head coach Carlao. He previously coached Virtue Gaming but left the team in September. Although the Brazilian organization has not officially announced the addition of Carlao to the team, FURIA retweeted a message he made earlier, confirming the potential cooperation between the coach and the team.
FURIA's roster is as follows:
- xand.
- qck.
- Txddy.
- Carlao (trainer).
