Valorant Holds First Twitch Views in May
Over the past month of the spring, Valotrant from Riot Games has shown the best results in the number of hours viewed, overtaking even Fortnite and League of Legends, who regularly compete for the championship on the Twitch platform.
Not the last reason for such a success of Valorant was the condition for obtaining keys for a closed beta test. Initially, the developers of the game distributed the keys to a certain circle of people and designated a list of streamers, for viewing which additional keys to the closed beta test were issued as a reward. Over time, it became possible for everyone who wanted to streamer to start broadcasting with a drop of keys. All this helped the game break out into the lead and take first place.
Championship Valorant was able to keep, having in its account 144,648,243 hours. The closest opponent, who took the second position, in the person of League of Legends, was able to collect at the audience’s screens in the amount of 122,389,626 hours, and Fortnite closes the top three with 119,227,710 hours in the account.
