gamescom latam 2025 has officially come to a close after five action-packed days in São Paulo. Among the standout moments was the prestigious BIG Festival Awards — Brazil’s premier independent game showcase — where some of the finest titles of 2024 were recognized. Industry legend and former Sony executive Shuhei Yoshida was also in attendance, adding to the event’s star power.
This year’s award winners showcased a diverse and exciting range of games, from stunning 2D adventures with brutally challenging combat to wildly creative platformers that pushed the genre to new heights. The variety and quality of the titles made this one of the most impressive editions of the BIG Festival to date.
