KRAFTON Reveals First Details of PUBG MOBILE World Invitational 2022
Seoul-based developer KRAFTON has revealed the first details of the PUBG MOBILE World Invitational 2022, which will be held from August 11 to 20 in Riyadh at Riyadh Boulevard. For the first time since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, participants will compete for a $3,000,000 prize pool in front of a live audience.
James Young, PUBG MOBILE Global Esports Director: "Following the success of the very first PUBG MOBILE World Invitational in 2021, we are thrilled to host this event for the second time in 2022. This year's PMWI will be the biggest and best, especially with our new format, providing more exciting opportunities for both our players and fans."

In the second week of the competition, five best teams will follow, which will make up the company of six more invited participants from the regions. The PUBG MOBILE World Invitational 2022 stream will be available on the PUBG MOBILE Esports YouTube, Facebook and Twitch channels from August 11 to 20.
It is reported that the majority of the PUBG MOBILE World Invitational 2022 prize pool will go to various humanitarian organizations around the world - UNICEF, Gavi The Vaccine Alliance, Direct Relief and International Medical Corps.
