New information about Overwatch 2 has appeared
Blizzard Entertainment, which is developing a sequel to the Overwatch esports discipline, has revealed a roadmap showing the company's plans for the future of the game. The main dates are October 4, December 6 and more abstract 2023.
On October 4, Blizzard wants to release Overwatch 2 and open the first competitive season. It will feature three new heroes, six new maps, a new game mode, over thirty new skins and a new Mythic rarity skin.
On December 6, the developers will start the second competitive season and release a new Tank class hero, add a new map, as well as more than thirty new hero skins and a battle pass.
In 2023, Blizzard is planning to add PvE format, new heroes, new maps, new modes (in addition to PvE), and more than a hundred character skin sets to Overwatch 2.
Blizzard has also released a video showing off a new hero, Junker Queen.
