ESforce Holding became a part of Mail.ru Group
The information appeared that Mail.Ru Group buys Anton Cherepennikov’s business Highland Falls Investment. Cherepennikov is still a director and a member of Board of Directors ESForce Holding Unlimited. There’s no information about the amount of the transaction, but the informers, who are close to the source of information, confirm that the amount of the transaction is $150,000,000.

Currently, ESforce Holding roster has 9 projects: esports organizations Virtus.pro and SK Gaming, organizer of the biggest esports championships Epicenter, online portal about esports Cybersport.ru, broadcasting and videoproduction studio RuHub, esports inventory shop Fragstore, venue for tournaments and entertaining events Yota Arena, and two services for exchanging of game items.
