ASUS invests $16,000,000 into the Chinese eSports
The Taiwanese company that develops and sells electronics has announced that will invest money in the Chinese eSports organization.
ASUS has been collaborating with representatives of the eSports world for a long time. They have registered a gaming brand ASUS ROG (Republic of Gamers), which is known by people that are somehow related to the world of eSports.

ASUS ROG works with a lot of eSports organizations, including such key figures as SK Telecom T1 and Echo Fox. In 2017, ASUS ROG launched its series of CS:GO and Dota 2 tournaments, which general prize pool amounted $500,000.
CEO of the company, Jerry Shen has said that the organization wants to achieve the creation of its own ecosystem with a help of large investments in the eSports to go beyond a simple hardware manufacturer.
