The network got new footage of The Last Of Us Part I

The Last Of Us Part I is coming soon, a remake of the cult game of 2013, which became one of the last high-profile exclusives of the PlayStation 3 console. The project was later re-released as a remaster for the PlayStation 4.

On June 9th of this year, a remake of the original part was announced. The engine of The Last of Us Part II, which was released in 2020 and which was remembered for its non-standard plot, unexpected twists and beautiful graphics, will be taken as the basis. Therefore, the remake will not go very far from the second part. The network has leaked the first screenshots from the PlayStation 5 version, as well as a piece of gameplay. The leaked gameplay video contains footage from the beginning of the game.

The Last Of Us tells the story of Joel and a girl, Ellie, who are forced to cope with the challenges of a post-apocalyptic world that has been affected by a fungus called cordyceps. This fungus causes mutations and takes control of a person. In terms of gameplay, the project is a third-person adventure.

The Last Of Us Part I will be released on September 2, 2022 on PlayStation 5. The series will lose its console exclusivity. A release is also planned for PC, however a release date remains unknown.
