Top 10 Steam sales in the past week
Valve shared the traditional Steam sales rating for the past week. The top includes both games and devices. Of noteworthy, I would like to note that the rating contains both current devices from the developer company itself.
Namely, Steam Deck and Valve Index VR Kit, which indicates an increased demand for these devices. Steam Deck boasts regular updates and a constantly expanding library of compatible games. The Valve Index VR Kit, although released exactly in time for the release of Half-Life Alyx, is popular as one of the most advanced VR devices. The only problem with Steam Deck and Valve Index is that it's almost impossible to find them in our area. Outbid offer devices at an excessively high price tag.
One of the top contenders for Game of the Year, Hidetaka Miyazaki's brainchild, Elden Ring is a consistent 3rd place. In May, Bandai Namco reported that they had already sold over 13.4 million copies of the game.
The 50% discount on It Takes Two also guaranteed her a top spot. A co-op adventure about solving problems within the family with the help of the charismatic Dr. Hakim was the game of the year according to The Game Awards 2021.
Also new to the rating is Stray, whose main character is a charming cat in a cyberpunk setting. The gameplay of the game was recently shown at State of Play, and the game has since been available for pre-order on Steam. The release is scheduled for July 19 this year.
The entire top 10 Steam for the period from May 30th to June 5th is presented below:
