Chinese government introduced a bill, which was about the ban for the underages to use the computer equipment at a nighttime. In such way government tries to fight against video game addiction among underages.
As Chinese people have to enter their real documents data, it will not be so difficult to find violators. If the law is passed, parents will have to install a special software on all computer equipment.
