The developers of PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS together with ESL announced the first offline tournament for PUBG, that will take place on August 23 – 26. The championship will take place in Cologne, Germany. ESL Arena will be a venue of the event. ESL and Bluehole Ginno Games will be responsible for organization, and the championship will take place during Gamescom, annual exhibition of computer games. During the tournament, the spectators will have a chance to watch the broadcasts on , , and channels of PUBG developers. Video announcement:
